1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the Optimal Operations Solutions website and to initial enquiries sent through it. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
2. Nature of the initiative
Optimal Operations Solutions is an independent project initiated and operated personally by Vlad Macovei. The website describes a research-led approach to identifying potential European commercial opportunities for Romanian industrial suppliers. It does not create a client, agency, brokerage, partnership, employment or fiduciary relationship.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Submitting information does not guarantee acceptance, a match, an introduction, an offer, a procurement opportunity or a contract. Any assessment is preliminary and may rely on publicly available or user-supplied information. Each party remains responsible for its own technical, legal, financial, sanctions, export-control and commercial due diligence.
4. Separate commercial terms
No paid service, success fee, representation, exclusivity or introduction mandate is presently offered or accepted through this project. Any future paid engagement may begin only after an appropriate legal and tax framework is in place and the legally identified parties agree separate written terms. Vlad Macovei and the project have no authority to bind a supplier or prospective commercial party or negotiate final terms on their behalf.
5. Information you submit
You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it. Do not include personal data unrelated to the enquiry, trade secrets, controlled technical information or material subject to a confidentiality restriction in the initial form or email.
6. Website content and intellectual property
The website content is provided for general business information. You may not copy, republish, scrape, misrepresent or use the content or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
