How it works

Assess · Match · Introduce

Start with the free assessment. Further research and introductions are agreed separately.

  1. 01

    Assess

You describe your production capabilities. We review the available information and send our initial assessment by email.

  2. 02

    Match

We assess potential buyers using available technical and commercial evidence. Active purchasing demand is verified separately.

  3. 03

    Introduce

When evidence supports a potential match, we prepare a concise brief. An introduction requires the agreement of both parties.

What we do

What we do for suppliers.

We do not provide generic contact lists. We research each potential match and document the evidence behind it.

01

Your capability profile

We turn your strengths into a short profile that a purchasing team can assess quickly.

02

Buyer research and fit check

We shortlist potential buyers, assess the available evidence for technical and commercial fit and record any remaining unknowns.

03

Opportunity briefs and introductions

We explain the business case clearly and open a conversation only with the agreement of both sides.

Evidence

How we verify information.

We distinguish facts confirmed by sources from supplier statements and unanswered questions. We record source details and verification dates, including evidence that challenges a potential match.

  • Traceable sourcesWe prioritise dated primary sources, including official company and procurement information.
  • Unknowns stay visibleIf demand, supplier onboarding or technical requirements are not confirmed, we say so.
  • Human reviewScores support a reviewer's decision; they do not establish demand or create an opportunity.
Fictional assessment example Further checks needed

CNC workshop: housings and mounting brackets

Information received
An equipment list, labelled photographs of completed parts and a sample inspection report.
What the information supports
A starting profile for housings and brackets. The sample report describes inspection of one part, not every future job.
To clarify
Maximum part dimensions, part-specific tolerances, economical batch sizes and current capacity.
Recommended next step
Clarify these limits, then consider researching machinery manufacturers that use comparable parts.

About

An independent initiative with a direct point of contact.

Optimal Operations Solutions is an independent initiative founded by Vlad Macovei. Its aim is to connect documented Romanian industrial capability with European buyers who may need it.

Vlad Macovei brings a technical and procurement background, with experience in highly regulated environments. This perspective informs the project’s focus on clear requirements, supporting evidence and realistic commercial expectations. He is the contact for supplier enquiries.

We combine supplier assessment, market research and human-reviewed matching. The aim is fewer generic contacts, clearer uncertainties and better-prepared commercial conversations.

Prepare your assessment information · See an example assessment

Optimal Operations Solutions is not a buyer, seller, technical certifier or contracting authority. Any commercial arrangement is agreed directly between the parties, under separate terms.

What the assessment does not promise

It is not a technical certification or a guarantee of orders. The initial assessment does not include a buyer list. Any later introduction needs further checks and the agreement of both parties.

Before you request an assessment

What is free?

The initial review of your capabilities and supporting information is free. Any further work is discussed separately before proceeding.

Do I need all my technical documents to start?

No. Start with your company name, contact name, work email and core capabilities. Technical details and uploads are optional; if we need specific evidence, we will ask later.

What does the assessment cover?

A summary of your relevant capabilities, the details to clarify and our recommendation for the next step. It does not include a buyer list.

Who decides whether an introduction goes ahead?

We review each proposed introduction and seek your agreement before sharing supplier information with a buyer. The buyer's willingness to engage must also be established.

Do I need to attend a meeting?

No. The initial assessment is done by email.
