Start with four essentials

Company name, contact person, work email and a short description of core capabilities are enough to send the initial enquiry. The other fields and documents are optional.

Information that helps the assessment

  • Processes, equipment and the part families you make.
  • Materials, maximum envelope, weight and typical tolerances.
  • Available capacity, batch range and usual lead time.
  • Certifications and quality or welding qualifications, with their scope and validity.
  • Target sectors, export experience and the kinds of customers you want to approach.

Evidence and unknowns

Use specific, current information. State what is measured, what is an estimate and what still needs confirmation. A certificate alone does not establish every production capability.

Optional documentation

You may provide a documentation link or up to five permitted files, each no larger than 10 MiB. Share only material you are authorized to disclose. Do not include sensitive personal data, trade secrets or controlled technical information.

What happens next

The enquiry receives a reference. A human review identifies the useful facts, missing evidence and questions for clarification. The initial assessment is free and does not promise active demand, orders or an introduction.
